Colwood, BC · Greater Victoria
Hello. I'm Dave Phillips.
I've spent my working life with cameras, tape and the web. These days I digitize the film, videotape, slides and photographs that Victoria families thought they'd lost, and I'm building a way for them to watch it all together on the TV.
